Choosing Your Signage Products

  1. Visit Our Collections Page: Click on the “Sign Shop” link in the top menu bar.
  2. Select Your Product: Browse through the options and click on any product to view more details, including photos and pricing.
  3. Add to Cart: Most product pages show common sizes and quantities with instant pricing.

How to Place Your Order

  1. Add Items to Your Cart: Once you’ve selected all your signage, click the checkout button at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Payment Required Upfront: Payment will be required upfront using one of the approved payment gateways. A Tax Invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you via email.
  3. Complete Your Order: Fill out your details on the checkout page and submit your order. You’ll then be taken to a confirmation page.

Artwork

  1. Free Online Design Tool: Please feel free to use our Online Design Tool located in all customisable products such as: Corflute, Banner Mesh, Stickers, A Frames and more. When using this tool you will have access to your library of photos, cliparts, and text boxes. When submitting your art it will check for any positional errors and low resolution images that you can choose to accept or alter.

Order Processing

  1. Order Notification: Our sales team will be notified of your order and will review any uploaded files.
  2. Communication: If there are any questions or issues regarding your artwork, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss.
  3. Job Sheet Creation: Once we have all necessary information, we will create a job sheet for our artwork team.
  4. Order Confirmation: You will receive an official order confirmation via email, along with details on the next steps.

Production

  1. Start of Production: The day after you approve your artwork, your job will be released into production. This marks Day 1 of the quoted production time.
  2. Production Times: Each product has a specific production time based on its processes and complexity.

Completion

  1. Order Check: Once your order is complete, our dispatch coordinator will verify that your order has been fulfilled and quality checked.
  2. Order Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched with the courier you have selected, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
