Our standard production time is 24 hours for most products, Monday to Friday. This timeframe begins once artwork is approved and payment is received. Exceptions apply for commercial large-quantity orders.

Need it even sooner if you've missed our cutoff? Add 25% for next-day production by 4 pm. Contact our team if you're unsure which option suits your needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship Neon Signs or Illuminated Signs any sooner, as they take a little longer to manufacture.

Most products with a countdown timer on the product page are available for rapid production.

Production currently operates Monday to Friday. We're reviewing plans to expand to 7-day production in the near future. Order information is updated in real time and we provide email status updates.

Our order status system is automatically updated in real time. For certain products, printing can commence within the hour of placing your order. Once your item is ready for handover to a courier, or for pickup from our Queensland, Australia printing facility, we will update the order status and you will receive an email notification.

If your order is placed early in the day, it may be eligible for same-day pickup from our printing facility at 31 Enterprise Street, Cleveland QLD 4163. If you need to confirm, please contact our friendly support team.
