Ekka Portal Key Information

To access the Ekka portal you need to be signed in to the SS Signs Online store and set up your account. We have received a list of pre-approved Ekka department emails , your email should already be on our approved list to grant access to the portal here: https://shop.ss-signs.com.au › pages › ekka-portal-page

Step 1

To log in press the person icon in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2

To access your account and see the Ekka portal you could sign in with Shop in the top right corner of your screen or if you do not see the popup please press the forgot password button.

We have added your @rna.org.au emails to our accounts.

Once logged in you will see Ekka on the top menu or visit https://shop.ss-signs.com.au/pages/ekka-portal-page to access the portal.

If you are still not able to access the Ekka portal and have signed in to SS Signs online store. your email needs to be added to our approved Ekka list. Please submit it below and you will be granted access within 24 hours.

Using the Ekka Portal

The Ekka portal is a easy to use all in one place to find the relevant sign and banner products commonly used in the Ekka departments.

They can purchased just like any other product on our site.

The delivery of your signage to the Ekka sign room is covered as part of the admin fee, just select pickup in store when in checkout of your order.
