How It Works
- Set your dimensions. Choose any width and length from 100mm to 1200mm using the sliders or custom size input.
- Pick thickness and material. Mild Steel Grade 250 in 3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm or Aluminium 5005, in 6mm
- Configure your holes. Add bolt holes, set the hole diameter and centre-to-centre spacing, and see them placed on the live drawing.
- Finish the corners. Choose [square or radius] corners to suit your install.
- Download your drawing and check out. Get a dimensioned PDF drawing for your records, builder or engineer, then order with your price locked in.

Material Options
Mild Steel Grade 250 : The workhorse for structural brackets, post bases and mounting plates. Strong, weldable and easy to finish with paint, galvanising or powder coat.
Aluminium 5005 : A lightweight, naturally corrosion-resistant option for marine, coastal and outdoor applications where weight matters more than ultimate strength.
