Our banners are printed on heavy-duty 480GSM PVC banner vinyl, a blockout material chosen for outdoor durability. It's fade-resistant, weather-resistant and tear-resistant, so your banner keeps its colour through sun, wind and rain rather than washing out after a few weeks.
The material is lightweight enough to roll up, transport and reinstall between events, but resilient enough to stay fixed to a fence, scaffold or shopfront for the long haul. If you need a PVC vinyl banner that survives an Australian summer outdoors, this is the stock to use.

Finishing Options: Cut to Colour, Hemmed and Eyelets, Hemmed and Rope, Rod Pocket or Keder Edge
Every banner sign is finished to suit how you plan to hang it. Choose from five options:
Cut to Colour is our standard finish, trimmed cleanly to the edge of your artwork with no additional edge treatment. Best for short-term indoor use, temporary displays and banners fixed flat to a surface.
Hemmed and Eyelets Every 500mm adds a folded, welded hem around the perimeter with eyelets spaced every 500mm. This is the most popular outdoor vinyl banner finish, giving you plenty of secure fixing points for cable ties, rope or bungee cords on fencing and scaffold.
Hemmed and Rope stitches a continuous rope into the welded hem around the perimeter. The rope carries the load along the entire edge rather than at individual eyelet points, which reduces tearing on large banners and in high wind. The standard choice for construction hoarding, site fencing and any long-term outdoor banner exposed to weather.
Rod Pocket (35mm pocket height) creates an open sleeve along the top and bottom edges so a rod or pole slides straight through. Ideal for pole banners, hanging displays, ceiling-mounted signage and traditional street banner brackets where you want a clean look with no visible fixings.
Keder Edge adds a welded beading (7.5mm thick) to the perimeter so the banner slides into a keder rail or aluminium sailtrack frame. The choice for tensioned frame systems and permanent architectural installations.
Not sure which finish suits your install? Hemmed and rope for windy outdoor sites, hemmed and eyelets for fencing, rod pocket for poles, keder for framed systems, and cut to colour for flat indoor mounting.
Gloss Varnish Upgrade
Add an optional gloss varnish for a richer, deeper finish that lifts colour saturation and adds a protective layer against scuffing and UV exposure. Recommended for banners that will be handled repeatedly or displayed outdoors long-term.

Our vinyl banners are printed on 480GSM fade-resistant PVC designed for outdoor use. For full-time outdoor display in Australian conditions, expect at least 12 months of service life, with UV exposure being the main factor in how quickly colours soften. Banners used indoors, or outdoors seasonally and stored between uses, will last considerably longer. Adding the gloss varnish option gives an extra protective layer and helps colour hold up under sustained sun exposure.

You can upload print-ready files, or design your banner from scratch using our free online design tool. If you're supplying your own artwork, we recommend a high-resolution PDF with fonts outlined and images at a suitable resolution for the finished banner size. Keep important text and logos clear of the trim edge, and allow bleed so nothing critical is lost when the banner is cut or hemmed. Our design tool shows the cut contour and bleed area as you work, and warns you if an uploaded image resolution is too low.

Cut Contour: The line where your product will be cut.
Bleed Area: Extra margin to prevent white edges after trimming.

On the left-hand side, click the Tools tab. From here, you can:
- Change the background colour
- Add text, images, and barcodes
- Reorder and organise your design elements
Click a field name in the tools list to select it.

Once selected, drag your field on the workspace to reposition or resize it.
For image fields, choose between:
Fit – scales image to fit inside the frame
Fill – fills the space, may crop the image
Click the gear icon next to any field name for custom options.

Double-click any text field on your workspace to:
- Enter or change the text
- Customise the font, size, and style in the tools tab

Click the Images tab to upload your logos or artwork.
To place an image:
- Drag it from your album into an image field
- Use an existing field or add a new one
⚠️ A warning will appear if your image is low-resolution or outside the design area.
Use high-resolution images to avoid blurry printing.
